In July of 2025 Congress passed and the President signed the “One Big Beautiful Bill” (OBBB). The GENIUS Act also passed and was signed into law. Are you familiar with all of the regulatory and tax changes that are contained in the new laws passed in 2025? This course will review the tax law and regulatory changes from legislation passed in 2025, that accountants and tax preparers need to know. We will review the various provisions contained in the new laws and how they affect our business and individual clients.
