Overview of the OBBB and GENIUS Act​

In July of 2025 Congress passed and the President signed the “One Big Beautiful Bill” (OBBB). In July of 2025 the GENIUS Act was also passed by Congress and signed by the President. Are you familiar with all of the changes that are contained in the new laws? This course will review the tax law and regulatory changes in the OBBB and GENIUS Act that accountants and tax preparers need to know. We will review the various provisions contained in the new laws and how they affect our business and individual clients.
